Requirements Studies
Establish Goals
Sessions are conducted with key project leads to begin to frame the scope of the project. Both long and short term objectives are considered.

Distribute Requirements Questionnaire
A questionnaire is developed surrounding the defined objectives and provided to those that will be involved with the project. This questionnaire does not need to be filled out, but is a key document to enable those involved to begin formulating their ideas to best contribute during the interview sessions to come.

Education Session
A tailored and interactive CRM or On-Demand Application overview is conducted with your project task force to prepare them for the interviews and the rest of the study. This helps establish a baseline understanding of the terminology and tools that comprise CRM or On-Demand Application.

User Interviews
This involves one to two hour interviews with senior management and other key individuals across functional areas. Questions are tailored to help participants focus on and communicate about current policies and procedures, needs and opportunities, fears and concerns, and sources and uses of data.

Requirements Prioritization Exercise
A list of requirements is compiled based on the input received from the interviews. These requirements are sectioned off in categories and include both high level and detailed needs. The list is then given back to those involved in the project and each person is asked to assign a rating to each requirement.

Report to Management
Now that the requirements have been ranked, calculations are done to look at deviation from the mean. A summary of findings is then put together and presented to management. This includes a prioritized implementation plan, an overview of issues and opportunities related to the project, On-Demand application recommendations, and expected timeframes for implementation.
