Requirements Study
If your organization has not yet made the decision to implement CRM or On-Demand Applications, Model Metrics will work with you to understand the potential Return on Investment and software selection.

Business Process Review
The BPR is the key meetings that begin the implementation phase. They consist of white-boarding sessions to establish the key business processes and relationships that will guide the implementation process.

Report of Findings
Model Metrics will put together the ROF, which summarizes the results of the BPR, documents the configuration requirements, and is an action plan for moving forward.

Application Customization
Based on the Report of Findings, Model Metrics will build out the configuration in your On-Demand system.

Alpha Review
This is the first customer review of the customized system and occurs before data is migrated into the system.

Data Migration
Transferring data from your existing systems (or merely Outlook or excel sheets) to your new system is critical to achieve strong user adoption. Model Metrics has a great deal of experience in migrating data from a range of systems.

Beta Review
This is the second customer review of the customized system and occurs after data has been migrated into the system.

Training / Go Live
The training of personnel is critical to the overall implementation effort and broad adoption of any new On-Demand system. Training documentation in the form of day in the life scenarios accompanies the training.

3 Month Check-Up
Model Metrics will perform an adoption review 3 months after implementation to identify new opportunities to optimize functionality.
