Access Daily, Weekly and Monthly Views and Tasks
Calendar2GO offers users Daily, Weekly and Monthly views of their Salesforce Calendar. Users can click into an event and instantly click to call or email based on data in the event description. Users also have full access to their calendar tasks.

Easy Access
Calendar2GO works with the iPod touch and any iPhone running the 2.0 firmware or later. You must have a current Salesforce license, but do not need to be a System Administrator to install it.

Calendar2GO Lite is a free version that features the much of the same functionality with these key differences:

  • Limited to a weekly view – no daily or monthly access
  • No Forward and backward arrow functions
  • Tasks are disabled
  • Cannot click to call or email based on data in the event description
