What Is Calendar2GO? 

Calendar2GO is an easy-to-use, powerful new application for the iPhone that gives users fast access to their Salesforce CRM calendar. It provides robust calendar functionality without needing a Salesforce Mobile license.

Calendar2GO works with any iPhone running the 2.0 firmware or later and the iPod Touch. You must have a current Salesforce license, but do not need to be a System Administrator to install it.

Calendar2GO Lite is a free version that features the much of the same functionality save for:

  • Only has a weekly view
  • Forward and backward arrow functions are disabled
  • Daily and Monthly views are disabled
  • Tasks are disabled
  • Cannot click to call or email based on data in the event description
