Model Metrics will provide you professional-grade project management that comes from years of experience in implementing and managing Cloud Computing technologies from salesforce.com, Amazon Web Services, and Google. Our project manager will coordinate, schedule, and oversee the services as needed and provide status reports. Help Desk Support can range from answering “how-to” types of questions to addressing problems within the salesforce.com application. Also included in help desk support are common services such as password resets, user lockout issues, and changes to reports or management dashboards. System Administration is the ongoing process of implementing updates and system enhancements as they become needed. This includes business drivers such as department changes, sales territory adjustments, or changes in management’s reporting needs. It can also include changes to the application such as the updating of users, addition of new data fields, changes to page layouts, custom record types, or changes in the security model. All of these services ensure that your system both runs smoothly and provides the business the information it requires at each level. Establishment and reinforcement of data entry protocols, as well as system protections, such as validation rules and standardized field values (pick lists), will be defined and implemented where possible. Data utilities and tools may be incorporated into the data maintenance plan to automate data checking, along with periodic manual audits of data to identify issues that automation cannot prevent. Audits establish accountability to assure that protocols are being followed, users are entering data properly, and that data problems are being identified. Analytics - Reports & Dashboards Our Analytics service will work to gather business requirements, review the salesforce.com configuration, and generate Reports and Dashboards that suit the requirements. Model Metrics’ Change Management service combines strategies related to communication, training, usage monitoring, user feedback, and help desk support issue monitoring. All of these input points are used to gauge user acceptance and apply Change Management techniques where needed to make sure your organization is getting the most out of its investment. Quality Assurance is ongoing throughout the Managed Services life cycle. Utilizing an iterative approach to configuring and developing salesforce.com-based solutions Model Metrics leverages early client feedback with Alpha and Beta reviews to identify issues early on in the process to reduce risk and ensure that all deliverables meet the approved requirements and client expectations. Governance related to CRM is defined as the people and processes put into place to facilitate the effective planning, implementation, optimization, and evolution of multi-stakeholder CRM initiatives. Model Metrics will assist in the establishment and administration of a governance committee at your organization. This Governance Committee is tasked with strategic direction and decision-making versus the tactical system implementation of the feature set to be deployed in the CRM solution. Requirements Gathering is the mission-critical process of identifying and defining key business processes, relationships, and business rules that will guide the definition of system updates and enhancements. After these key pieces have been defined, the requirements are documented, agreed upon and approved before updates are made to your system. New Release Management coordinates system changes with Training and Change Management to make sure they happen in a coordinated manner. By combining system analysis of the existing configuration with the Requirements Gathering and the New Release Management process, System Optimizations will be defined, validated, tested and deployed. The System Optimization process is structured to provide improved and new functionality without conflicting with existing functionality supporting requirements for other users. Custom Application Development Customer Application Development includes the creation of functionality built one of several Cloud-based platforms, including Force.com. Custom Application Development will follow the Requirements Gathering, Quality Assurance, and New Release Management processes. Training goes hand-in-hand with Change Management services. Our experienced Training team will work with you to determine appropriate curriculum, training schedules, and scenarios for various functional groups at your organization. It can be delivered across a number of channels including computer-based training, train the trainer, or traditional instructor-led training.
