Sallie Atsalis Joins Model Metrics as Principal Consultant, Establishes Michigan Regional Office
DETROIT – Sallie Atsalis has joined Model Metrics, the Midwest’s leading on-demand CRM consulting firm, as Principal Consultant. Based in Livonia, she oversees Model Metrics’ Michigan regional office.
Atsalis is a subject matter expert for clients’ Salesforce.com on-demand business solutions and oversees sales and marketing efforts in the Michigan market. Her areas of specialization include customer relationship management, process improvement and change management. She works with Fortune 1000 and midsize businesses to conduct requirements studies, review business processes, customize and implement applications, provide extensive training, and conduct an adoption review three months after the implementation.
“Clients particularly like Model Metrics’ rapid deployment methodology that moves training and implementation along at the optimal pace, completing integrations quickly and effectively,” Atsalis said. “Our approach is to bring multiple parts of the organization together for discussion and create a solution that transcends across the entire organization.”
Atsalis has 20 years of experience in the automotive, IT and consulting industries. Previously she was Account Director, Automotive Information Solutions, for R.L. Polk & Co., and President of M-Continuum, an executive marketing and business development firm. She also had a 14-year career with Electronic Data Systems where she held positions in marketing, business development, account operations and strategic planning.
She is a Michigan native and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in technology and information management from Syracuse University.
