Available Opportunities:

Principal Consultant (All Locations)
The Principal Consultant is generally the most experienced member of a project team. The Principal will hold responsibilities including scoping, contracts review, knowledge transfer, and budget management overseeing the production of deliverables. Many projects will require the hands-on participation of the Principal as a subject matter expert and/or application expert. The Principal will manage and run more complex, strategic technical projects. It will require the ability to scope creep and write change orders with appropriate requirements. This role will work with various team members, both technical and non-technical.

Senior Consultant (All Locations)
The Senior Consultant is part of the Business Consultant team.  This role will build strong, trusted relationships with clients as you lead client engagements around the implementation of Salesforce.com. This role will effectively and strategically manage multiple projects at one time. This role is able to scope, architect, conduct requirement sessions related to Visualforce, Apex, Force.com, and assist in technical architecture in a Business Process Review. This role is required to fulfill the functions of the Application Lead in all projects. This role may also function as a Project Lead Level I or Project Lead Level II.

Consultants (All Locations)
The Consultant’s role is to maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients as you support client engagements around the implementation of Salesforce. With supervisory guidance, essential to this role will be your ability to interact with high-level clients and demonstrate strategic understanding of their business needs. The role requires the ability to drive out client business requirements, conduct internal architecture review meetings and various presentations during consulting meetings. This role is considered an Application Lead Level I and required to fulfill all the functions of the Application Lead Level II.

Flex Developer (Chicago, Remote in the US)
The Flex Developer is a mid-level member of the Technical Services team. This individual will be responsible for delivery engaging, user friendly, high fidelity ActionScript/Flex solutions for clients. In addition to design and development, this role will provide quality assurance support and perform interface testing. The skills required include at least two years of solid Flex development experience, advanced knowledge in object-oriented principles, and strong understanding of XML.

Senior Developer (Chicago)
The Senior Developer is part of the Technical Services team. This role is hands-on in designing, coding, enhancing and testing of software applications to meet business process requirements. This role will apply functional knowledge and technical expertise in the implementation and maintenance of custom software.  The skills required include at least five years of commercial software development, substantial experience in modern Object Oriented techniques and languages, the ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, excellent analysis and client facing skills. This role also involves the ability to develop processes and methodologies, and the ability to rapidly learn and take advance of new concepts, business models, and technologies.

Developer (Chicago)
This role is hands-on in designing, coding, enhancing and testing of software applications to meet business process requirements. This role will apply functional knowledge and technical expertise in the implementation of configuration changes and maintenance of commercial software. The skills required include at least one year of experience in two or more programming languages and proficiency with complete web application stack, both front and back-end.
