Adam Caplan - President


Adam CaplanAdam founded Model Metrics in an effort to leverage the tremendous value that today's web based CRM systems provide, with a goal of bringing measurable benefit and enhanced analytics to both for-profit and not-for-profit companies. He previously worked for Bain & Company and in the pharmaceutical industry, working in Latin America to develop Key Performance Indicators surrounding profitability and sales. Adam earned his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and his undergraduate degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently a member of the Entrepreneurship advisory board at Kellogg.

Kevin Turner - Principal

Kevin TurnerKevin Turner is a Principal with Model Metrics. He has been involved in CRM since the industry’s inception and over the span of his career has worked with hundreds of companies to strategize, define, implement, and optimize CRM and related solutions.  Working with organizations in a broad variety of industries has enabled Kevin to develop a strategic approach to CRM that is based on business fundamentals and focuses on gaining user acceptance.  Kevin has been nationally recognized and certified by leading industry vendors and speaks and writes on a variety of CRM topics. He is a past president of the CRM Association of Chicago, and has also had the honor of addressing the Technology Executives Club, Business Marketing Association, guest-lecturing at the University of Chicago, and teaching a class each quarter for DePaul University’s Sales Leadership Program.  As a principal partner of the advisory board of the DePaul University Center for Sales Leadership, he provides strategic guidance to the center’s curriculum and students. Kevin earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and MBA with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from DePaul University.

Matthew Veal - Vice President of Sales

Matt VealMatthew is responsible for sales of all service engagements and ultimately the satisfaction of our clients. In keeping with typical Model Metrics fashion, Matthew has a broad background in customer service, business development, and professional services. His strategic approach to CRM focuses on gaining user acceptance and successful change management. He has over 20 years of experience in industries such as hospitality, insurance, and manufacturing. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Decision Sciences and Operations Systems management.

John Barnes - Vice President of Technology

John Barnes John Barnes, Vice President of Technology, has earned a national reputation as application development expert and a leading developer using the Force.com platform and Adobe Flex and AIR technology. He leverages the Force.com platform and Visualforce to build custom business applications that go far beyond the traditional realm of sales and marketing to solve complex business challenges.

John led the development of Model Metrics' Call Center Console that dramatically increases call center efficiency, as well as the Accelerate2GO platform that enables mobile sales teams to take salesforce.com data offline. His 2GO application was named the 2007 "Breakthrough App of the Year" by salesforce.com and was recognized as Application of the Month (Sept. '07) from the salesforce.com Apex Developers Network. John presented a session about building amazing Salesforce apps with Adobe Technology at Dreamforce '07, and led a presentation on Rich Internet Applications at Dreamforce '06. He presented at the Adobe MAX tour in the fall of 2007, and his work is featured in the Adobe Air Showcase on the Adobe web site. With more than 15 years professional experience, John has held IT positions in Fortune 500 companies and worked for software vendors in consulting and sales roles. He graduated with honors from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems.

Erez Akiva - Vice President of Consulting

Erez Akiva
Erez is Vice President of Consulting for Model Metrics and plays a principal role in the development and delivery of consulting services. He oversees the Model Metrics delivery team, which consists of project management, data services and education services. He also manages the strategic relationship as engagement manager with select clients. He leverages his extensive knowledge of existing and emerging technologies and his IT expertise to ensure each client project is a success. Erez has more than a decade of experience in CRM project management with an emphasis on application architecture and enterprise integration. He has worked with more than 100 organizations to strategize, implement, and adopt on-demand and on-premise solutions that align with enterprise goals and objectives. His work history includes projects with Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Honeywell, InfoUSA, Cintas, Motorola, Tribune Co., First Health and many others. A Six Sigma Greenbelt, Erez earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.

David Dahlberg - Vice President of Marketing

David Dahlberg David Dahlberg leads the marketing team at Model Metrics, where he is responsible for the development of key market messages, product roadmaps, and demand generation. Prior to Model Metrics, David was the Vice President of Field Marketing, Operations, and International Marketing at salesforce.com. During his tenure at salesforce.com, David spearheaded the development of the company's field marketing model and drove the growth of the international marketing groups. Prior to salesforce.com, David spent 6½ years at Siebel Systems and led all demand generation efforts worldwide. He was awarded the Chairman's Circle Award on multiple occasions during his tenure at Siebel Systems, as well as awards from IDC and ITSMA for best practices in marketing operations. David graduated from the University of Michigan Business School with an MBA in marketing and corporate strategy, and from Northwestern University with a BA in economics.

Sallie Atsalis - Regional Director

Sallie Atsalis Sallie Atsalis leads the Michigan regional office of Model Metrics, supporting Fortune 1000 and midsize businesses in the Midwest. She brings an extensive knowledge base from more than 20 years of professional experience in information technology and services. Sallie has worked with companies ranging from global enterprise to start-up, all of which faced similar challenges brought about by rapidly evolving, highly competitive, cost-constrained environments. Her career-long focus and passion focuses on bringing new ideas to established markets. She is expert at pulling ideas and core competencies from within an organization that exceeds expectations and stretches a company into new arenas. Sallie holds a Masters of Public Administration degree from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.

Ken Bolin - Director of Solutions Strategy

Ken BolinKen fills a wide variety of roles at Model Metrics including Sales, Project Management, Managing 3rd Party Vendor relationships, and Architecting Integration solutions. In his 17-year career he has worked extensively in Consulting with major companies such as GE, Nabisco, General Foods, Mobil Oil, Kemper Insurance, Wheels Inc., Keane, Bally Total Fitness, and Arthur Andersen. During his career he has worked both as a consultant and internal employee managing, designing and implementing state of the art business system projects. In recent years he has worked with sales and marketing organizations to define, manage and implement CRM projects using salesforce.com. Ken is a 1987 graduate from the Plattsburgh State University of New York (SUNY), with a degree in Computer Science and minor in Business Analysis.

Amisha Rigia - Director of Delivery Operations

Amisha Rigia As Director of Delivery Operations, Amisha plays a key role in building out process methodology for delivery and technology services. Other key responsibilities includes on boarding of new consultants, building out best practices, managing resources for all projects, and managing all Model Metrics strategic projects. Her current role is a natural progression from a Principal Consultant, where she led and managed multiple engagements with clients such as MasterCard, Orbitz, Hospira, and TransUnion. She is a recognized speaker, having presented topics such as "Women in Technology" at DePaul University. Amisha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from University of Michigan and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from DePaul University.
